Próxima sexta - feira 14/11/08 ocorrerá o simulado de Língua Inglesa para os 8ºs anos A,C e D. O 8º ano "B" só fará o simulado no dia 24/11/08. Estudem todo o conteúdo trabalhado e façam um bom simulado!

Vejam que postei um modelo de simulado, que, embora tenha apenas cinco questões é similar ao que será aplicado nas turmas dos 8ºs anos. Observem como são as questões e como vocês devem preencher o gabarito. Lembrem-se de que vocês podem rasurar a prova, mas não devem rasurar de forma alguma o gabarito, ok?!

What does SIMULADO mean?

- Simulado é um teste que contém apenas questões objetivas (de marcar) e a caracterítica principal do mesmo é que o aluno pode rasurar a prova, mas não pode rasurar o gabarito. Em outras palavras, o que na verdade vale a pontuação é o número de respostas corretas contidas no gabarito. Para cada questão apenas uma alternativa está correta. Por isso, na hora de marcar no gabarito as suas respostas, os alunos devem ter muita atenção para não rasurá- lo. O professor só corrigirá o gabarito e não a prova!
Fique ligado, pois no final do 4º bimestre os 8ºs anos farão um simulado de Inglês com o conteúdo trabalhado valendo os 3,0 pontos da Global! A professora avisará aos alunos quando se aproximar a data. No simulado constarão questões de gramática contextualizada, interpretação de textos, vocabulário, etc. Todo o assunto relacionado aos temas que foram trabalhados durante o 4º bimestre.

Nesta 4ª unidade estaremos realizando um simulado (com gabarito e tudo mais!) com todos os 8ºs anos, o mesmo substituirá a nota da prova global. Por isso alunos dos 8ºs anos comecem a estudar de agora para que o desempenho alcançado pro vocês seja o melhor possível!

6ºs anos- Aviso

Comunicamos aos alunos dos 6ºs anos que a nota referente a parcial da 4ª unidade será atribuída aos projetos por eles desenvolvidos em sala de aula sob a orientação da professora. Lembrando que o primeiro projeto foi o "Clothes Album" e que o segundo, já em andamento, refere- se ao tema "My Family Tree". Estudem e aproveitem mais esta oportunidade de aprender inglês através da construção do seu próprio conhecimento e não esqueçam de capricharem nas atividades. Sejam criativos e zelosos!

GRAMMAR – CONDITIONAL SENTENCES

PART I – Concepts

· Sentences which express a condition;
· Two linked sentences to express condition and consequence;
· Sentences formed from a condition;
· If - The particle which expresses/ represents the condition;
PS: Conditional sentences can appear in two situations:
* If +Subject + Simple Present, Subject + modal + Main Verb
Eg: If I have a lot of money, I can travel to Japan
* IF + Subject + Simple Past , Subject + Would/ Could + Main Verb
Eg: If I had a lot of money I could travel to Japan
To form conditional sentences you should know the MODAL VERBS:

8th Year- Progressive Future

Progressive Future is the same of Future Continuous. The verbal tense formed by Subject + Will Be + Verb + Ing. We use it to describe an action which will be happening during a period of time in the future. Eg: I'll be working in a big company in ten years.

6th Year - Text Comprehension Class- Theme: Pollution













On August 6th The students from the 6th year C and D had an important lesson about the theme Pollution. The Teacher Francilene asked them to answer some questions about the theme in discussion. They should answer some questions which tested their abilty in understanding texts in English. They should answer all the questions in portuguese according to the text at the page 72 from the text book. It was very good and they had a lot of fun, although they were so concentrated on the questions!
